The big agency
eats your margin.
Retail rate plus your layer. The overcost doesn't fully pass to the end client. And control dilutes until you're invisible in your own project.
You sign with the client. I execute behind the scenes, no visible signature, no jealousy, no footer credit. Agency-to-agency consultative model: closed rate per brief, written deadlines with penalty if I'm late, and direct WhatsApp between your team and mine. No public pricing.
Custom code + multi-language + schemas + admin panel | Per brief, locked | Consultative model
Your thing is strategy, branding and acquisition. When dev work shows up, both options smell bad: the big agency eats your margin, Upwork freelancers leave you with heavy QA. The backstop ends up being you.

The client finds out who does the work, asks you why their site isn't ready, and the relationship you've spent months building gets complicated in one call.
8 in 10 agencies go through it every year
A real partner / white label model. I don't show up as a visible subcontractor. You sign with the client and I hand you the full system: code, admin panel, multi-language and SEO schemas. Direct dealing between your agency and me, no sales reps, no middlemen.
No public rate. Each project is closed after a call to understand scope, timelines and margins. I send you a detailed proposal in 48 h with everything broken down: dev, design, languages, integrations. The difference vs. what you charge the end client is yours. Price locked before we start.
The end client doesn't need to know I exist. You sign the project, manage the relationship and own the brand. I work behind the scenes, with no site of my own and no visible signature in the delivery. If you want me nowhere, not even in the site footer, I'm nowhere.
Timelines are agreed in writing in the brief. If I'm late for a reason attributable to Burguera Studio, I knock 5% off the final fee for every week of delay. If the delay comes from the client (feedback that doesn't arrive, pending materials), we pause the clock.
I hand you the whole system: custom code, admin panel if applicable, native multi-language (up to 4 languages), full SEO schemas, hreflang, sitemap and production deploy. Your agency doesn't have to touch code or resolve technical tickets: what I deliver maintains itself.
Direct communication between your agency and me. No sales reps, no project managers in the middle. WhatsApp during business hours, email for structured things, a call when needed. Decisions get made in hours, not weeks.
The end client doesn't need
to know I exist.
In 48 h after the initial call,
fully broken down
"Agency-to-agency dealing, a timeline locked in writing and decisions in hours over WhatsApp. I stopped doing QA on Upwork freelancers."
Verified in production before I hand you the deploy. If it doesn't hit 95+ mobile, it isn't delivered to the end client. A fixed standard across all partner projects.
The margin
stays with your agency.
Consultative model: each project is closed after a 20-min call to understand scope, timelines, languages, integrations and target margin. I send a closed proposal in 48 h with everything broken down. The difference vs. what you bill the end client is yours, with no public rate limiting the negotiation. Payment in 30 days from invoice, on delivery or by milestones depending on volume.
How it works
The questions agencies ask most before hiring a technical partner.
You sign with the client and keep the relationship. I invoice your agency at a locked price defined after a call to understand scope and margins. No public rate: each project is negotiated based on volume, complexity and timelines. The end client doesn't need to know I exist. Direct contact between your agency and me, without going through the client. Brief, design, dev and deploy are managed internally between the two agencies.
Only if your agency wants. By default I don't appear: not in the footer, not in meta tags, not in the repo shared with the client. If you prefer a "powered by" credit in the footer, we discuss it. If not, I'm simply not there.
Scope changes are quoted separately as add-ons, at real hours. The initial proposal includes up to 4 closed review rounds within the agreed scope. If the client wants to add a new module (customer area, second language, CRM integration), I send you a locked mini-quote in 24-48 h and you pass it to the client with your margin.
Every agency plays with a different margin depending on the client and the sector. A public rate limits negotiation and doesn't fit anyone. In a consultative model, after a 20-min call I can understand what you need, what margin you want to leave and what volume you have in mind. The proposal goes out in 48 h with a locked price adapted to that context.
Your agency invoices me. I never invoice the end client. Standard payment: 50% on brief sign-off, 50% on production deploy. For projects > €5,000 I can split into three milestones (40/30/30). Payment term: 30 days from invoice.
Custom code in PHP, Astro, Next.js or vanilla depending on the piece. No Wix, no inherited WordPress, no page builders. It matters because the result is Lighthouse 95+ in production, native multi-language (no patched plugin), and a site your agency can maintain without fighting other people's code. When the client says "we want to add X", the code is clean and nothing needs rebuilding.
If your agency has web projects to delegate and you're looking for a trusted technical partner in Spain, let's talk for 20 minutes. I send you a closed proposal in 48 h with scope, timeline and locked price adapted to your context.
