Africa Navarro. A landing page that actually converts.

Personal brand that needed to translate her proposition into a landing that closes bookings, not one that looks like a gallery. Designed from scratch, no template, with intent-structured copy and a CTA visible before the first scroll.

Traffic was there. Conversions weren't.

Africa came in with a previous template-based site (Wix-style) that showed who she was, but didn't close bookings. Traffic was there — Instagram and word of mouth — but visitors landed on a page full of editorial text without a clear next step.

The brief was direct: rebuild the landing as a lead capture tool, not as a showcase. Custom design, copy organised by user intent, contact/booking form visible from the first scroll, and performance good enough that mobile doesn't lose leads waiting 4 seconds.

The goal wasn't to impress. It was to make sure visitors knew, in less than 10 seconds, what was offered and how to take the next step.

Design decisions and code decisions.

A landing that converts shows little. What matters lives underneath: structure, visual hierarchy, performance, intent-edited copy.

Editorial photo on the left, value proposition in a single sentence on the right, booking CTA already painted on screen. No mandatory scroll to understand what's on offer. Below, sections for services, testimonials and FAQs ordered by decreasing visitor intent.

Every block thought through for her personal brand: editorial typography for headings, sober colour system, breathable spaces. No Wix theme restrictions, no pre-fabricated components. Coherent design across desktop, tablet and mobile.

WebP images with srcset, local fonts with font-display swap, JS only where it adds value (no unnecessary frameworks), minified CSS. LCP under 2s on 4G. Without this, a personal landing loses 7-20% of visitors to speed alone.

GA4 with custom events: click on main CTA, scroll to services section, form submission, time on page. Just enough to know what works without guessing.

Measured metrics. In production, not on local.
